Only stay if your lie on funds would not recommend
The hotel does not even have phones in the room to contact the office. They have no ice machine not even coffee in the room or in the office they don't give you tissues and my allergies were bad I went through three roll of toilet paper that was one ply. I went with friends so at least went got drunk so it didn't matzer

This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced...we were there 5 min and decided not to stay... asked for a refund and the employee said I would have to go through hotels.com ...hotels.com said they did not have control over that... so who took my money...horrible experience horrible hotel and I'm out my money...theives

Disappointed
There was no refrigerator in the room and no coffee in the morning as advertised on the website also, no coffee maker in the room had I known this I would have bought coffee before I checked in Had I known all of this I would have I probably would have stayed at the hotel that I stayed at a few months ago. That’s just about a mile away that I stayed at a few months ago, Because I really needed the refrigerator in the room please correct the benefits on the website So that if this is the benefits, people are looking at they would have a choice before finding out when they check in that none of these are available, especially with the Rate that I had to pay

clean but needs to be updated
the parking was right Infront of the ground floor room with wheel chair access. the building and room are old and need updating. The room needs repairs on walls and carpeting and overall furnishings. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Pro: Very nice front desk staff. Clean bed and sheets. Cons: Lumpy pillows. Shower downspout leaks. No nearby grocery store, few food options. Disappointed no in-room fridge. A/C unit looks decades old and, even on max cold setting, room was still warm and humid.

I had some guy come asking me for money and cigarettes. definitely an uncomfortable situation. There was also a constant noise from the room above me, sounded like someone working.

Dystopian Bay Area goodness
I just don’t know why but seeing cockroaches just really makes me feel ugh… I had some credit card issues the day before so the person at the front let me use my Apple Cash card to pay the deposit. I don’t know why but it seems that hotels are getting more expensive for less these days. The price of this hotel should have been maybe $40… but we all know how expensive the Bay Area is for some unknown reason. When I visit the bay it’s business and out of that concrete over priced dystopian scape.
