Not as advertised
It looked like a super cool hotel. While the room was clean there were MAJOR renovations going on in the lobby and it was noisy and chaotic - dust everywhere. They should have given a major discount for the inconvenience and filth.

No communication, the servers saved their review
The room was hot. Set the temp to 64 still nothing. Finally ask the front desk why are the room hot. They said the needed to send maintenance to change the settings. That was never told to me at check in. They were short staffed, but the workers did their best to serve which was impressive.

Motel 6 vibes!
Definitely expected more. I will say it was very clean. Rooms are very outdated, although looks like the top floors are being renovated. Pool was closed which was a big part we decided to stay here. Mattresses I’d have to say are as old as the hotel itself. Wasn’t so pleased at check out when they advised me they were charging a parking fee since I booked through Expedia. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but again the seats were ripped and cushions were so worn it was uncomfortable. It had an overall ronchy vibe to it. I would definitely choose another hotel in the future but being we were there for an event and were drinking we made reservations beforehand.

When entering the room the bathroom smelled terrible (bathroom sink). We told the front desk and they took care of it right away.

Outdated and stinky
This hotel is super outdated and the cost is definitely not worth it. The furniture and carpet is super old and the carpet in our room was like bubbled up. I would not recommend staying here. Also, don’t understand why they would charge $10 a night for parking. It’s not downtown and their parking is huge.

Good location for balloon fiesta. Seemed like a lot of money for an unrenovated room. Pool area very old and not enough towels. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Falls short
The rooms were really old and in poor condition. Front desk staff was far from friendly. Our room could have used a better cleaning. Design of hotel is cool. Had to walk through multiple smokers to get into the hotel.

awoken in 601
Well, it started at check in. I noticed that the young woman checking me in was really courteous to the couple in front of me. when I approached the counter to check in, I got a welcome as how I can help you! the other person checking in next to me received a welcome with hello How is your day or something to that effect. I informed her that I needed to check in. The young woman asked if the sixth floor was ok, I replied fine as long it's not by the elevator. She looked at her computer screen and informed me that it wasn't. When I arrived on the sixth floor, the room was right across the elevator. I went in the room was clean and I needed to use the restroom. I went down and informed the young women that apparently, she doesn't know the reference from the elevator to the room. She just stared at me and didn't offer a solution. needless to say, I endured the location of room 601. I am a light sleeper and was awoken every time someone exited the elevator on the sixth floor, then during check out she never informed me that there would be a $10.00 parking fee. AS to the rest of the staff they were cautious and friendly.

I hate leaving reviews like this but I have to say something as I generally stay in this hotel 5-8 times per year. 1. The property is dated, I know there is a renovation coming but it is bad to say the least. Carpet coming up, and just really dated. 2. No amenities in the bathroom, asked housekeeping twice and was never addressed 3. AC not cooling, asked front dest to take a look at, no response as to whether they even addressed. 4. TV stopped working, called front desk, they said they would send up an engineer, never saw the engineer, TV issue remained 5. Went to bar for bite to eat and a drink and was told that there is no staff right now as they are in a meeting? Really, you just abandon your only F&B outlet due to a meeting? 6. Ordered food on another night, granted it was late, service was good but an item I ordered was not correct and was told that, oh sorry, they are out so they made this. I feel if I hadn't said something, I would have been charged. 7. Upon check out, granted it was very early, I asked to check out, after waiting a few minutes, and I was told I was all set. I had charges at the hotel and wanted to verify them. I was told the receipt would be emailed to me. Still dont have In closing, I hate writing these reviews and I promise you I have stayed here many times and have always considered it to be top notch but I am seriously considering changing hotels for all of my business trips going forward. Sorry, I just have to be honest on this one

This hotel is pretty rundown for the price. They have signs everywhere about their remodel coming this year, which is great for them. However, in the mean time, its not worth the money. They also charged me a "Tourism Fee" and a $10 parking fee and made me use a parking tag for an open, unsecured, dark, parking lot that had PLENTY of parking. So strange. I'm curious how much the remodel will effect the price.
