The location is excellent; within a few metres of Gloucester road station. Lot of restaurants; cafés, pubs nearby. Waitrose is right next to the station. The hotel is in need of urgent renovation to the rooms. Have stayed here many a times over the past 10 years. The rooms haven’t been upgraded. We had two rooms and the health faucet in the other room leaked flooding the whole bathroom. Great for location, need to be great for room condition too.
