Looks nothing like the photos the place is under going renovations it’s an old motel you can’t swim at the beach as there is rocks and boulders everywhere It is quite, Ao nang beach is the place to swim which is a 10 min drive from the hotel the good thing about the area is the island tours without these tours the place would be boring

I chose this hotel because it was in a more secluded area. I glad I did, it was quite and serene. They offer a free shuttle to the downtown area which is super convenient. The welcoming/reception staff are just great, especially Pond. The restaurant in the hotel offers a varoety of food. The hotel is beachfront, but please note that when it is low tide.

This hotel is beautifully landscaped with flora and fauna It is seated right on the seafront Unfortunately you cannot swim in the sea there but there are pools and plenty of sun lounges The hotel is about 5km from Ao Nang beach with the hotel providing a free shuttle to and fro this area A special mention to the chef at the breakfast egg station for his cheery disposition and welcome in the morning- an important aspect of hospitality Would recommend this hotel as away from noisy Ao Nang and consequently very relaxing

Read whole review!! This property is beautiful. The room is nice, but beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Beware if you rent the scooters! We did and the person who rented it to us did not speak English, we signed nothing. My mom unfortunately, got in a minor accident. It was a very scary experience as they demanded money on the scene and no one spoke English to walk us through it. They ended up transporting my mom to the police station where the police officers continuously laughed at her and spoke again no English so we just sat there until I had to drive around Thailand to money currencies to get money to pay off the three parties for them to release my mother. The staff from the hotel that arrived at the rude and unhelpful literally yelled at me because she didn’t understand me. Please beware that there is no liability on the hotel if you rent a scooter and if something happens, they demand cash on the spot or they do not release you. These things should be explained to the renter. Overall, it was a very scary experience. The hotel staff did not care at all when I tried to explain it to them

Ett fint hotell men nästan inga turister. I detta läge hade dem tjänat på att ge oss fina rum jämte varandra. Det räknar man med när det bokas två rum och det fanns tomma rum. Hotellet som sådant med sina stora nya del var jättefint, synd att deluxe rummen med seaview var så slitna och ofräscha. Hotellet är fint och personalen proffsig

Not worth the money
The staff was not too helpful, the language barrier sadly has been an issue! The staff at the bars/ restaurants was pretty friendly tho! The whole hotel and pool area is not to clean, there was a plate with a piece of pizza on day one at a table that hasn't been cleaned until my last day, but a lot of other plates and glasses have been added, the staff has not removed it! The room was also not too clean, there where hairs on the bathroom floor, mold in the shower and the bedsheets had stains that apparently would not go away with washing- friends of mine where staying as well and had the same issue in their room! The "beach" is a joke, I honestly don't understand the comment about it being the best thing about the hotel and perfect for a honeymoon- before 12/2 there was at least some water but after 1 meter you stood in mud, after 2 the tide was low so you had to walk for ages and there where a lot of insects because of the mud and general surroundings. The price was still way too much for what I got- I paid nearly 100 Euros less for a 5 star hotel in Bangkok where everything was clean and nice! The pick up shuttle to the beach worked partly well, one night we wanted to go back and there was no shuttle, we took a tuk tuk and the staff told us that the pick up was full so they returned- which is something you should tell people that wait there! All in all- if you don't HAVE to stay search for another hotel!

First day it was only one plate ( food has prob been taken by animals) then people kept adding stuff! Nobody bothered to clean! That was the area where you went to the rooms!
