Nice hotel, the staff needs hospitality training
A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. The reception staff let us check in into a room which wasn’t ready and when we got back downstairs with all our luggage (no one offered to help with the luggage) we were told that we shouldn’t expect to check in as it’s too early. They could’ve just told us to wait until it’s ready rather sending us there.
At the spa facilities the reception lady got very annoyed with me when I told her that the sauna and the jacuzzi weren’t working. She was raising her voice while talking to me and kept repeating that it was working, which wasn’t true. The management of the hotel needs to seriously look into staff training. The encounters with the hotel staff significantly spoiled our stay.
