We had to pay a deposit of Eur 20 to use a kettle. The deposit was not refunded when we checked out as the receptionist could not find our envelope. We wrote to them after checkout to refund but no response received which is really disappointing. Expect better from the brand.

Unacceptable
Someone left a pair of underwear in our bathroom and the hotel did not have any working AC. It’s the summertime. The hotels ought to have air conditioning… they offered us fans for both rooms, which we took… the fans were as dusty as someone’s attic. One of the rooms also did not have a double bed, but two twin beds instead… which is not what we ordered. I would not stay here again.

The staff are ok, but not helpful. It was over 30deg , hotel has no aircon , room was like a sauna and hotel would not help us refil our water. I was told "go to the bathroom" generally unhelpful and far too hot to sleep , window open but no airflow, just flies
