"The hotel and my room in general was acceptable and the location was great. HOWEVER, the carpet in the room was so worn out and it smelled like people/pet peed on it. It felt awful when I stepped on it barefoot!! I would have given the hotel 3.3 to 4 stars if it were not for the carpet! Disappointing!"

"Overall really good location - close to Numazu station and various convenience stores and restaurants.
None of the staff spoke any English but it didn't really affect my stay that much.
Standard room size for a Japanese business hotel but I will say the way the desk was located in the room made it incredibly inconvenient to use.
I would stay here again."

Hotel rules mean that room is fully serviced after night three even if it does not require servicing. I was lucky to have a room which had a great view of Mt Fuji in the morning before the clouds appeared. Buffet

The rooms are well heated but a tad old and the furnitures can certainly use some upgrading work.
