"The hotel exceeded expectations. Our room was ready when we arrived early and front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We had booked an executive room which was spacious and had amenities. Perfect for our family of 3. Breakfast buffet was amazing with many selections. Sheraton was a perfect hotel to start our vacation get over some of the jet lag and have a fresh start in the morning. Train station was just outside the entrance. What more could you ask for. "

Very nice and helpful staff. I realized I had booked the shuttle for the wrong time at 3 am and went down to the desk and the staff changed it for me with a smile.
