10/10 Excellent
"Lovely hotel, staff friendly & very helpful. Food was great.
Room was clean & had everything we needed. The fans were much appreciated as it was very warm when we stayed."
"Great room, walkable to city centre attractions. Good breakfast and added extra touches for anniversary stay.
Very busy at check in. Would stay again."
"Our first room wasn’t great, safe not working, lamp not working and shade torn, pillows were more like cushions, curtains torn and very creased! Desperately in need of a revamp. We were moved to a different room on our 2nd day which was an improvement but still in need of a revamp. Rooms are tired. For the price we paid we expected it to be 4 star but it’s more like 3 star. No Tissues or facecloths - Little things but necessary and what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. No fridge in room either, again what you expect to be the norm when paying £150 per night.
The great thing about it is that dogs can stay £30 per dog per stay) and are welcome in 2 restaurants, it was great to be able to take them with us at breakfast. All bedrooms that allow dogs are on ground floor which is great.
The first night we had ate in the restaurant, we both ordered the chicken burger and chips, chips were cold and seemed to have been reheated several times,
we returned them, they were replaced with more of the same. I think they were frozen chips but they were inedible. We didn’t eat there again! On the plus side breakfast was good.
Overall the hotel is in a great spot, dogs allowed is the big draw for us and the parking, but rooms are really disappointing. I did hear some have been revamped but really the ones that haven’t shouldn’t be used or used at a discounted rate and guests told in advance.

"Fantastic room rate/ value for money!
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff!
Beautiful room, the most comfortable bed, pillows to die for, perfect textured towels and superb toiletries, with a great selection of teas and coffee pods!
I slept like a baby!
The breakfast was to delicious and again, great value for the quality of the produce!
Plus, you couldn’t get more centre of town- wonderfully located- will definitely be staying again!

"Facilities Excellent for budget hotel. Although a mile from city centre there are frequent buses from the rail/bus station (Nos 1, 5, U1) stopping within 200 m of the hotel.
The Mint Room, straight across the road from the hotel offers, in my experience, some of the finest Indial uisine in Europe. Not cheap but excellent value for money, with superb service,"
"A weekend away in the beautiful city of Bath. The hotel Indigo is literally a few minutes walk from the main attractions. Our room was lovely, clean, cozy and I loved the decor. Definitely will be going back. "
"This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Bath. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and we loved our stay here as a family. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The bar area is really welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great stay"
