"This was an amazing stay! The hotel is very well located: a 15-20 min. walk away from Kraków’s central train station. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facilities and rooms are beautifully decorated. And despite being located on a main avenue, with a tramway running along it, the hotel and rooms are super quiet and comfortable! Perfect for a great rest! English and Polish spoken."

"The staff at Hotel Wielopole make this hotel stand out. The location is good, just outside the ring of the Old Town, with the park nearby and you get to the town square in ten minutes' walk. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's quite personable and very professional."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Topolowa Residence. The room was spacious and a nice place to spend our time when not exploring the city. Everything was clean as described and the location is perfect to walk into the centre of the Old Town."

The staff were very helpful, even got ourselves a feee drink voucher to use at the bar. Also on the morning of our departure they had packed us a breakfast to takeaway as we had an early flight.
Cannot fault this hotel at all. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend "
