"Phenomenal. Stayed in a lot of top class hotels and this is easily one of the best ever. Amazing rooms staff very nice, pool super and grounds nice too. Hotel breakfast and dinner incredible too. Good variety and catered well for vegetarian (one of the most options I've seen for veggie food). Would come back just to stay in this hotel.
Only marginal negative was WiFi was surprisingly patchy and quite slow. Would often disconnect."

We often had the beach to ourselves. A few things, such as the gym and probably do with a bit of an update/clean but it was the end of the season and there were very few people to use it.
The TV was good for English speakers, should you want news or movies. The hair dryer and mirror were outside of the shower and toilet area,...

"Where to start, these guys cancelled our entire booking because we were late for check in leaving us stuck in a monsoon with our 3 month old infant. When we finally got into the property the next day, a solid hardwood curtain rod fell on my partners head who was holding our kid. Very luckily only she was hurt.
The restaurant was basically not working. The bar was shut. I get that its the off season but say this in your booking profile.
When we decided to leave after 1 night to head to Unawatuna...
