"Quick and easy check-in. Friendly and polite service. Clean rooms with comfortable accommodations. Perfect place to stay with a pet. Ate in the tavern which was a mistake for a Friday night. If you're looking for a party, it is the place to be. We should have gone to the dining room. The food was delicious. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable place to stay."

"We had a fantastic view of the lake. It was easy to get to right off of the Mass Pike. Room looked great and smelled clean. The balcony was great for the sunrise & sunset. We had a puppy & infant on one side and weren’t disturbed by any noise. The location is right by Old Sturbridge Village and plenty of great restaurants. We highly recommend checking this hotel out!"

($75 fee) with no weight restrictions like many places have. The breakfast bar food was standard fare but tasty. As an added bonus, the hotel sits right next to a police station so we didn’t worry about our belongings in the car being stolen overnight. We will be back!"

"Overall it was pretty good. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the area during check in, breakfast and checking out. Our room was also cleaned and I like the brand of the shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. I also like the dark make up towel that gave a unique touch and well thought out. "

"Upon arrival staff was bickering about guest problems right in front of me, no acknowledgment that I was even there.
First room given had issues with toilet- later found out from management that room assigned was on no rent list. New room was not a king room as requested. Mold and mildew all around tub. I don’t think we’ll stay again although convenient to highway and free pet policy is a plus - that’s why we stay there. Won’t likely come back. Have stayed before , but property seems neglected...
