Old Naples delivers postcard-perfect Gulf views alongside historic charm and upscale pleasures. The iconic 1888 Naples Pier stretches into turquoise waters while Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South buzz with boutiques and art galleries. Cambier Park offers a leafy retreat between beach trips, and waterfront restaurants serve fresh catches as the sun dips below the horizon. Getting around is best done on foot through the compact historic district with its Mediterranean Revival architecture and manicured landscapes. Luxury hotels and boutique inns cater to discerning travellers, though parking can be scarce during peak winter months. The sophisticated evening scene features wine bars and gentle jazz rather than rowdy nightlife.

Moorings
The Moorings is Naples' most delicious contradiction—a waterfront wonderland where peace and luxury hold hands like old friends. Private beaches stretch out along the Gulf, welcoming you to dig your toes into pristine sand. The neighborhood's canals showcase impressive yachts bobbing gently in the water while the championship golf course at Moorings Country Club beckons to perfectionists with clubs. Nearby Venetian Bay offers upscale dining spots where fresh seafood shines on white tablecloths. Most visitors stay in luxury holiday rentals or high-end condos with all the fixings—pools, boat docks, and concierge service. Getting around requires wheels, but the tree-lined streets make area strolls absolutely dreamy.
