I love Santa Cruz. It is a bit costly, but well worth it. Celebrate with a loved one, family, and or heal yourself. The ocean is beautiful and every person should experience these views. Truly humbled by my experience. Staff and others all kind.

The Boardwalk and the Wharf are timeless icons - always brings back a lifetime of memories, especially growing up in the Bay Area. Or visiting for the first time - can't get much better than an amusement park at the beach!

Santa Cruz is a little paradise. Aside from the famous boardwalk beach there anre other beautiful beaches. Sweet downtown with lots of outdoor cafés. Great hiking just a short drive away. It has everything.

Rent bikes and check out the town! Rainbow the bartender is cool and provides helpful tips for nearby places to experience that are both beautiful and historically significant. Watch the sunset!

We walked toward the lighthouse and happened across a surfing competition! Volleyball tournaments on the beach, the Monterey Bay Museum, and the chili cookoff at the Boardwalk in October.

Lots of dinner options on the pier. Fun to watch the birds and sea lions. Tons of volleyball courts right on the huge beach. Cute place.

"First time staying at Hotel Paradox and was not disappointed. Everything was great. Checking-in was painless, the rooms were clean and comfortable for a family of four, and the pool was very welcoming. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again. Can not say enough good things about it. "
"We had a great day. Parking looked a little tight in the photos when booking. But we were able to park our large SUV up at the top in the back perfectly. The room was clean and spacious. At the front desk, the gentleman was able to upgrade us to an ocean view room, for an affordable cost. It was so nice to be able just to walk to the wharf and the boardwalk. Very short, walk to boardwalk and wharf. Nice hotel we will definitely be staying here again."

The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best it could be and when we were not happy with the room we booked, they did everything they could to help us find a room that would meet our needs.
