"Wonderful stay. Even though you’re right in the middle of the busy city and close to freeways you cannot hear a thing in your room. It’s nice that in n out is across the street for a quick meal. Free parking which is not common in the city,

"When I checked in Christy did an excellent job explaining the resort, surrounding areas and things to do. Very Helpful.
Later that day I needed to find and link my bonvoy account. When I returned to the front desk, Michael took care of the details and had my account linked to me stay within only a few minutes.

"Great location, not too far to BUS (992 running to airport and MTS Trolleys, Great nearby park and waterfront. Decor a clean but dated. Hotel shop was great for snacks and drinks etc. 3 Restaurants next to hotel - Hazlewood Cafe was great for breakfasts opening at 06:00am and again plenty of choice. Free 30min shuttle service from Hotel to Airport."

"My stay was good, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and responsive. My room was very nice and the bed comfortable. My only complaint is the water pressure in my room was terrible. Showering was a chore and I was afraid to apply any soap or shampoo for fear it would take me an hour to rinse. I didn't complain during my stay as I decided to just deal with it, but I'm sur e they would have maybe put me in another room if I had."

"Our stay was not horrible but it was far from fantastic!! It’s served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower!! The beds need replacement the shower drain was gross!! Very outdated.. then security let a homeless guy into the pool area while we were in the hot tub, no point in having the area secure if they will just let them in. They don’t serve coffee until 6 am. No hot
