"Remarkably the bed was comfortable

"Bed and pillows were comfortable the carpet needs some work, the so called light breakfast was really light, fruit loops, yogurt and bad coffee. But it was $40 less than the neighboring hotels, so there ya go."

"Minor detail but found a stain on bedspread and candy crumbs on the floor that ants were carrying away.
But with that said "only minor stuff". The building was clean and well maintained.
The elevator was none functional which made it difficult for my wife (post surgery) on crutches to climb stairs. "Sh!t happens and things breakdown" understandable.
The staff was super friendly, room accommodating, pool decent and breakfast surprisingly tasty.

"Staff friendly as check in and we’re consistently working to make sure things were clean. Coffee available all day and decent breakfast included available until 10. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and met our needs. Pool area was nice with space to cook and eat. We had a great stay!"

come to us to visit at hotel while we were in town. Friendly environment, quiet, great breakfast, pool was nice. At staff were very pleasant through our 3 night stay. Will be a hotel on the top of my list for future indianapolis trips. Everything we needed for shopping was all within a 5 to 8 minute run from hotel which was great!"

"My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. The rooms are nicely sized and decorated. We had a "lake facing room" which was really pretty. We were able to walk to the mall and restaurants in the area via the walkway around the water just behind the hotel. Lounge and pool area are very nice and spacious, both overlooking the water. Soft close doors were a plus. The only cons were the toilet flush was loud and flushed weirdly but functioned fine, also we could here noise in the hallway and...

"Loved it the only things were staff did not explain skywalk only that is was on 2 floor and there was not any signs as to directions to for skywalk. Also the floor as u stepped in to jacuzzi was extremely slick i almost fell. A sign might be helpful addressing issue or preferably adding traction to internal steps. The shower floors were also a issue. Very little traction we had problems checking in I had booked a handicape accessible room and our room was given to someone else. Lots of dust by...
