Great history, lots of cool sites. Definitely recommend the Poe museum, for $10 it's pretty interesting and you get to pet their black cats (Pluto and Edgar). The canal walks are awesome, some amazing graffiti. Will def be back when it's warmer.

Richmond has a lot to offer for long or short visits The Virginia Museum of Fine Art is well worth a visit whether you have a couple of hours or a day. Richmond has become a true "foodies" city.

We had a wonderful time at the museums and dining out! The city is vibrant and full of beautiful people and cultures. Our favorite outing was to the RVA BIG Farmer's Market.

Lewis Ginter botanical gardens was wonderful. Also found a great quilt shop. Sorry we were unable to go to the antique shop. Next time. Overall a lovely overnight stay
