From the receptionist we met on the 1st night, to Mrs. Tammy, the cleaning crew, and the super mom receptionist that gave me a hug as I was leaving. "The best part about my stay was the hospitality. When I book the room, I didn’t realize it was a motel, and the bathroom was really small. I brought up those concerns with the guy working the front desk and he was really gracious and was going to allow me to check out early and get a refund for my unused days. I ended up staying because if I’m in a whole different city, I’m not going to be cooped up in my hotel. Has customer service was outstanding."
