"I had a wonderful time at Norfolk Waterside Marriot. I arrived early and thought I would see if I could check in a little early since it was my birthday. This absolutely wonderful front office supervisor Caroline Mann checked me in. Not only did she check me in a little early, she got me an upgrade on the room, corner room with two views of the waterside, and into the M lounge for my birthday. What a wonderful birthday gift.
I will be returning next year for my birthday. Anytime I stay in Norfolk I will be staying there. Thank you AGAIN Caroline, from one Leo to another."

"This property is truth in advertising. It is spacious, comfortable, clean; the staff is out of this world courteous from the top to bottom. I'm talking desk service, waitstaff and cooks and bartenders....
Only the slightest ding: front desk did not have mouthwash. Of course, I could go down the street two blocks and get some.
I've always loved Embassy Suites properties, and this one is no exception. Also, affordable for the budget conscious. And who isn't?"

"I don't think the toilet/shower area was cleaned before we checked in, though it did get cleaned during our stay. The breakfast consisted of granola bars. None of the beverage machines seemed to work. "
"Staff was really responsive and my room was very clean. Parking was easy and free and it was convenient to many food options. Close enough to the Hampton Convention Center as well. "
