It's a busy little town, people live and work there. But the waterfront area definitely caters to tourists. The people there are very kind, and the views are stunning, lots of locals walking their dogs or strolling.Much cheaper than nearby Portofino.

We loved being across from the Marina and near all the restaurants. It was fun mingling with the locals and experiencing their day to day activities. So much to enjoy from Golfing to long walks along the coast, taking the Funivia to Montallegro..fun!

Beautiful city with a ton of things to do and see! Will come back for sure!
"Super nice, helpful, friendly, and knowledgable staff. Location was amazing, right by the ferry stop that takes you to different beaches / stops including portofino. A lot of good restaurants around. Rooms were clean. All around amazing experience at this hotel. "
"The reception staff are great, very helpful and courteous. The dinning options around and the beach access is outstanding. Recommended for a short visit to the area. "
"Beautiful high end hotel. Great breakfast, live music at bar, very comfortable bed and room. Beach club included and infinity pools looking over water and city! Great experience. Only issue is you need a taxi as 2/3 mile from train station. 16 euros. Would be nice if they had complimentary shuttle. Besides that we will return for sure! "
"Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again"
