"We were very pleased with the hotel, property and location; we walked everywhere. We spent a joyous evening with the FABULOUS HELENA, bartender extraordinaire. She's a gifted bartender. Consistently created one amazing cocktail after another for both my husband and myself. Each was so good that I had a record breaking 3 marintinis! She deserves recognition. We very much enjoyed her company and Charlie's too. "

"Brilliant location!! Easy parking and lovely room. Beds were super comfy. Special mention of exceptional service to James in maintenance department, Cane in the bar and Sharman in the restaurant. Our tv wasn’t working in our first room so we were upgraded to another room for our 6 day stay. Was much appreciated. Small criticism was the breakfast buffet was a bit untidy and poorly replenished at times. We will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Belfast. "
