"Stayed here for 4 nights with two teens two adults. Rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is good. Pool is big and beach is walkable or can hop on the hotel van service that runs every 30 mins. Laundry service, convenient store, night market, restaurants is down the hill. We would stay here again. The steep hills would be hard for those with walking problem. "

"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The permanent team of gardeners keep the hotel and grounds looking top notch. Some of the properties are quite high up a steep hill but they have carts to accommodate guest movement. Breakfast was amazing with ample choice. "

"The hotel is definitely a 5 star resort. The grounds are very tropical with fish in several ponds and birds chirping. The restaurants by the ocean are great, and the food was very good as well. Had salmon and shrimp tostada on two occasions. The room with the balcony and hot tub was nice. Great view from the room. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym is very good, and the spa is very tranquil with skilled massage therapists. Security is tight with guards checking all incoming vehicles. The only 2 drawbacks was my room was further towards the back of the property and you could hear road noise from time to time. Also, there are no chairs directly on the beach for this hotel. You either had to sit by the pool chairs that have chairs facing the beach or you have to walk down about a quarter mile to rent a chair for 100 bhat which was fine. Lastly some of the beach had some plastic bottles and such on and off the paths, and the flags were always up and red which prevented swimming. I took a cab further down to kata, and Karon beach further down to swim. All in all a great stay about 10 minutes by cab down to Bangla if you wanted the night life and about an hour to the airport. "

"Had an amazing stay at this resort. The rooms were really spacious and so comfortable to sleep in. The pools were never full so it was super easy to get a sun lounger and the free towels to use were so handy. The staff at the pool bars were so helpful especially at the Pomelo pool which was also over 12s only therefore relaxed and quiet. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the shuttle bus service around the resort was a great service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort if you are heading to the Karon beach area."

"The staff at Noku were so welcoming the minute we came through the door! Tea on arrival, easy check in and a lift with the porter who kindly took our bags to the room. We we’re amazed at how beautiful the tree villa was! The king bed was the best night sleep, internet access was easy, room service and menu choices were great! We tried out all the pools at the hotel, including the villa, main and spa pools and none of them disappointed! The complementary Thai tea and snacks each day were amazing, as well as the view of Chalong Bay! Would recommend 100%! "

"We stayed in a room with pool access. Best decision we made. After spending the day out in the humid weather it was a blessing to step out of the room and straight into the pool. Breakfast every morning was filling and selection of foods to eat was massive and varied and the staff in the dining room were friendly and seemed to know who we were the first morning there. Domestic staff, who you see everyday, were wonderful and seemed happy to help when needed outside of just cleaning rooms. We will be looking at coming back for another holiday."

"This is our sixth stay at katathani over 10 years. We have seen the resort change and improve over the years but the basic characteristics are the same: a very large resort along a beach which is almost predominantly used by hotel guests with a number of small restaurants and shops on the outside of the resort and 5 or six within the resort. We came originally as a couple and now we have three children and it is still brilliant. "

"Absolutely beautiful staff and great location. Food was great in the resort and was amazing hospitality. Location great and family friendly. Only disappointing thing was had 5 guests and had to book two seperate rooms not joined. Ended up in one room with the other empty at twice the cost. The 2 bedroom wasn't available. The 1 bedroom could easily accommodate 5 guests and we had to pay for 2. It's a great option for families and the staff are amazing. The pools great for everyone. We had a lovely stay"
