The location is good if you don't want to be in the centre of Newcastle, which is only a short walk away. The Baltic Arts Centre, Millennium Bridge and the Glasshouse Centre are near. However, the other side of the hotel is derelict and needs work.

"We enjoyed our stay at your hotel a little. lot better than the previous visits as we had no water on the first visit and could not use the water on the second as it was boiling hot to the touch"
"What stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge.
Pure comfort and luxury, if we didn’t have plans I would have chilled in the room more, that’s how nice the room was. "
"We stay here for the annual sela cup and its the perfect base for st james park, the city centre and train station. The staff are always friendly and the bag storage even on departing is a godsend. Rooms are pleasant enough and the beds are comfy. "
