Always good to visit Bendigo especially when there is an interesting exhibition showing at the art gallery. Bonus was visiting the Fire Station Theatre for a play.

Bendigo, like most of regional Victoria, is suffering from the decline of tourism. It does have a lot of history and well kept central parks.

Bendigo is a lovely town and has a lot to offer. Wish we had of stayed a bit longer.
"Excellent. Very happy with our stay. Will.be back again and will recommend to anyone that askes.
The staff were all.so.lovely and both our dinner Friday nigjt and breakfast sunday morning were well worth what we paid. "
"Staff were all efficient and friendly , nothing was any trouble. The restaurant serves delicious food, with fresh produce and has an imaginative menu.
I would certainly recommend the motel ,location is a little way out of city centre , but only a short Uber trip away . The lake across the road is perfect for that morning stroll, playground for the children , and you can get a good coffee, and donut from the food carts.
