"Room smelled bad, visible water damage and funk from old carpet. The staff were friendly and said renovations are coming, but room was not inexpensive. I could forgive those things but I was charged $157 for incidentals and when I called I could not get an accounting of where that went. I was told a manager would call me back AFTER I insisted. I suspect a scam of some sort, so I disputed with my cc company. Make sure you get an itemized bill when you checkout."

"We stayed at Bushcreek to attend Culturefest. The staff was easy to work with as we had to make arrangements for a late checkin. The room, which was really a suite was great. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this business."

"Autumn was very helpful and efficient during our check in after a long car ride from Canada! We appreciated her pleasant nature and knowledge. The suite was large, clean and nicely laid out for our family’s overnight stay. The only disappointment…. Signs stated the Holiday Inn is a smoke free hotel yet there was an overwhelming smoke odour lingering in the hallway. Otherwise great stay, free breakfast and lovely staff. Thanks very much!"

"It was cheap, and a good cheap, clean (at least fairly clean) room is what I wanted. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep.... But the hotel is very run-down, showing major signs of aging, and the carpet was nasty."
