Lubbock is the Hub City for many smaller towns and home to Texas Tech University. It has a little bit of everything, from cuisine, concerts, museums, and art, to watching tumbleweeds and haboobs.

We came to Lubbock on Valentines Day for a date at Cagle's Steak Restaurant. It was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. It was well worth the trip. Everyone should go at least once to see how delicious the steaks really are.
