Front desk lady was so nice and I was put in the back building (non smokers) and even the stairs leading up was clean and same with the hallway .. definitely recommend for a cheap hotel but doesn’t necessarily look cheap will be coming back "

"The room smelled clean and was clean. The heater worked really well. There were good channels to choose from. The hot water was endless in the shower. My only issue was that the fridge made a noise all throughout the night. "

"Quick check in. Wanted a first floor room and had to beg to get it. Should have put that in my reservation request. Breakfast is not much unless you want cold cereal or a waffle. But Waffle House and Shoney’s is 1 minute away. It was quiet and all the guests respectful. They asked each day is I wanted maid service. Beds we’re comfortable. "

"It was very quiet in the hotel and you didn’t hear any other guests. There was some traffic noise because of the location of the highway. Staff was extremely friendly and the rates were very reasonable."

"Staff was very courteous and friendly, welcoming. While we checked in around 3pm, the room housekeeping staff was not finished cleaning. The bathroom had not been completely cleaned and they were still making their final check and apologized for the incomplete cleaning and finished quickly. All was good otherwise. "

"Frankly, I was shocked by the state of the room. It was nice! Kitchen, actual bedroom that was separate from the den, breakfast, coffee all day, gym, pool (didn't use) and parking were great. Staff though, polite, helpful and respectful. I will stay here exclusively on my trips to Knoxville. Exceptional stay. Thank you."
