We got our room late and one of the beds was dirty so I just went downstairs and got fresh linens and made my own bed because I was too tired to keep switching rooms. The whole place needs a really good cleaning, basic repairs, and maintenance. Two cheap cereals for breakfast and coffee. It was better than sleeping outside but not by much."

"This is an older property, the owners have done a good job updating the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were thick. Flooring has been replaced with vinyl. Room included a coffee pot, single serve, refrigerator and microwave. Very satisfied with our stay, especially with the price."

"Great location in the middle of Picayune. The breakfast was very good from pancakes, grits, scrambled eggs, biscuits, bacon to muffins in separate wrappings."
"Location was close enough to everything without being right in the middle of traffic. Is a little further than I would want to walk for the beach, but not terrible for getting to downtown shops and restaurants. The home is spacious. It has two bathrooms, but only one shower…this could be difficult for groups traveling with over 3/4. The staircase is definitely not older-adult friendly, but the downstairs rooms are. The beds slept amazing…we are trying to find the same bedding for home. We sat on the porch and enjoyed a great cup of coffee in the mornings…such a great trip!"
"The interior of the property is being remodeled from the upper floors down. The staff was very accommodating as I requested a quieter room and they put me in a remodeled suite on the 4th floor. The entire 4th floor looks totally different from the other floors with new carpet and new painted walls. My suite was breathtaking…..so clean and modern and comfortable bed. I had a little noise at night from the strip mall below but it wasn’t bad. Once the remodel is over this will be a great place to stay on any floor. I thank the staff for accommodating me as they made it an awesome stay for 4 days."
"Everything about this hotel was very, very good...Except...the closet curtain in all the rooms utilized a significant sized panel of a putrid green color that aesthetically made no sense with the primary colors of the room, and there was no other similar color in the rooms to warrant this application. Time to get another interior designer. Still, I would come here again because everything else was so good"
