"The hotel staff were amazing and so friendly. The location was perfect. The rooms were large and gorgeous. The breakfast in the hotel was some of the best food we ate while in Florence. Highly recommend going to the rooftop as well. "

In our room, as lovely as it was, there was just a lot of dust in the air - I think it’s just because the ceilings are so high. The surfaces were cleaned well.
