"Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como."
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The room was very clean and quiet. The free tea, coffee and cake was a nice amenity. I would definitely recommend this hotel "
"Rooms and bathroom were vet clean and good size, great views of the lake from private balcony, and close to train . The staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Best hotel from our trip through Italy in way to Switzerland and France,"
"Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."
