She was an amazing young lady in helping me book my day tours and yes helping me find another hotel as I messed up and didn't book my last night and their hotel was booked up. She just went the extra mile. Neat hotels this young lady needs to be in management!!!"
"Special thank you to the fantastic staff at Marina Atlantico. Miguel, the general manager, graciously had champagne and stawberries sent to our room to celebrate our last evening on the island. Amelia, Sofia and Sonya should also be recognized for their outstanding customer service at the front desk.The hotel was filled with guests that evening but the staff never once made you feel rushed. Our room 609 was breathtaking with a balcony and views of marina and I have to thank Ameli for assigning us this room! (I made reservations in advance)
Andre the maitre d in the hotel's restaurant was thoughtful and very helpful in securing a lovely table for us where we enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast..5+ stars for Hotel Marina Atlantico.

"All members of the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me plan my multi day adventures across the entire island! Having private access to the hot springs was very important as there was no seating in the hot springs! This meant we were able to sit on the stairs without disrupting others."
