"Room was excellent, location is great. Grocery store beside handy, good restaurants nearby & importantly you feel safe in your room specially in Barcelona! Staff can do better with welcoming & be helpful (came with luggages but staff did not attempt to help or even open door-a guest helped instead). Breakfast had good coffee we enjoyed, can improve on eggs (for days scrambled eggs over-cooked, asked for sunny side or boiled: no chance!) Bacon & veggies too overly done. Other than this - the hotel is very clean & comfy in a great location."
"The reception team is very kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for something closer to Central and 2min walk to the metro station.
Great location and thank you for the birthday cake. It a great touch that make a difference."
"Wonderful hotel in the plaza where the Barcelona Cathedral is located. Metro stations are a short walk. Staff were very welcoming and responsive to our requests. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was also outstanding. "
