"Overall very good. Challenging to find your room at first :-) You will walk a lot on the property and climb stairs often. Unless you like to wait for the elevators. Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly. "

"Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants.
