"First time at this hotel but wont be the last
We needed accessibility with parking , room location, dining as a result of my Husbands mobility issues. The staff were fantastic and though a bit of planning on their part all our needs were covered.
We were HB and the food was wonderful plenty of options and well cooked . Buffet for Breakfast and Starters and desserts for evening and main meal table service
Evening entertainment great. The staff at this hotel are the diamond in the crown and i hope they are appreciated as definitely this venues greatest asset. Thank you"
"Great location Jackie was there when we arrived to let us in and was friendly and helpful. Parking on street was full but plenty of carparks near by. Room clean and comfortable.
Only feedback would be that check in info wasn't completly clear as it says to contact the propery ahead of the stay to get check in details and the number on hotels.com was a landline (i got mobile number from the website and was able to speak to Jackie who said she would be there to let us in so no issues just hotels.com may need to update this 😊)"
"Had a lovely time all are needs catered for breakfast done to our liking dean took excellent care and attention to us is a very niceman and went out of his way to caterfor all our needs pleasant and caring made us feel very welcome overall a very nice stay would recomend it to anyone "
"We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable.
Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants)
Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better.
Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day.
We will 100% book to come again and like to thank kirsty for the friendly welcome and being so kind."
