"Lovely little Road, nice breakfast but carbohydrate heavy so be aware diabetics. Room and bed were comfortable and hot water working well. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional and were really nice to put up with my almost nonexistent French. I would recommend for authentic stays."
"The room was nice and clean, with no dust or odour. The location is great with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The third-floor rooms don't have a balcony, but it didn't bother me. If you need the room with a balcony, it's better to contact them ahead. The breakfast is nice and freshly made, it is served on the rooftop. If you advised them, they could bring it to your room. "
"It was arranged for me to be picked up at the airport by the hotel. Nobody turned up and I was left stranded at Essaouira airport with no help and no taxi . It was an horrendous night that will always be remembered. It cost me 300dhs to get to town and was then dropped off somewhere completely strange and had to find alternative accommodation. Do not trust this hotel."
