"It was all that I want from a hotel - clean, comfortable and helpful staff who fortunately speak excellent English as with underuse my French is almost non-existent.
I do not know if it would suit a family. I asked for and got a single room - i.e. small - but still with double/queen bed."
"Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless"
"Great location directly across from Brussels Midi station, warm and friendly welcome at check in and again at check out, room was large and clean and the hotel itself had good amenities with coffee and snacks available to purchase in the lobby area. Would definitely recommend! "
"What a beautiful experience. From the start-friendly staff, the room was amazing. Great food offered and beer at the bar with nice conversation from the bar staff. The roof top pool is top notch with a view of the city unlike others. Id highly recommend a massage also! 5 stars and cant fault it. Would I go back? You bet ya. Im sad to leave.."
