"Everything about the hotels was great. Clean, furnace word everything you need. Good location. But I have to commend one staff member in particular that stood out. That would be Kim who worked the front desk. I feel she went above and beyond to make my stay there pleasant and comfortable. Kim would quickly and kindly address any needs that I had during my stay there. It was because of Kim that my experience there was positive and I would definitely stay there again and even recommend the hotel to others. I think she’s truly deserving of the acknowledgment that she truly deserves."
