Stayed mid August 2026. Overall a good stay. Location is superb, easy to walk to restaurants and tourist hot spots. Plenty of space within the apartment. We stayed in apartment 13, which was on 3rd floor. Lots of stairs to contend with with the suitcases. Once inside the air con was portable machines, so really quite noisy & not massively effective for such a large place. Bathrooms felt a bit rickety & old, the showers were small with not much water pressure which makes washing long hair a bit tricky. No hairdryer, but plenty of towels. The apartment was very rustic/ traditional, & appreciate it is an old building.

The only perk was the incredible location and helpful directions to find it. Thankfully we only slept there two nights. Otherwise, the pictures aren’t accurate. The furniture is decrepit, the floor is missing wooden tiles and there are little nails poking out, the bathroom had a hole in the wall and the windows had mould on them. There was some sort of bugs in the beds that left my daughter and mother covered in bites. I slept on the bed in the kitchen and was spared but overall it was shocking the difference between photos and reality. I appreciate it’s an older building but these things could easily be fixed as they are interior things. Replaces the mouldy curtains, the peeling kitchen chairs and fix the flooring throughout. There was a collection of missing tiles just sitting on top of the fridge. No effort to fix anything

Check-in hat nicht richtig funktioniert, unsere Telefonnummer war nicht richtig im Unterkuftstool hinterlegt zum bestätigen. Email und Anrufe wurden ignoriert. Antwort erst nachdem Hotels.com involviert wurde. Unterkunft selber, toller Ort aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. möbel z.t. kaputt und billige qualität. Könnte mit wenig Aufwand viel anmächeliger sein. War nicht sehr sauber.

Held all the charm of Venice. Filled with culture, the high ceilings were amazing. Great facilities! Very spacious. We could walk in any direction and find a local restaurant or mini shops to enjoy. Very close to Rialto bridge and San Marco square.

We loved staying here. The doors opening onto the canal were a real treat. I saw reviews complaining about the smell, but we had no issues whatsoever. You are staying on the canal - of course it will smell like water! If you follow the directions you are given to the property, you will not get lost (do not use Google maps, just use the directions you are given). We would recommend this property 100 times over. We genuinely loved it!

Pros: Comfortable beds, excellent location & great directions to apartment. Cons: Apartment was not as described in images on advertisement. Shower leaked. Heating barely worked & one controller was missing. A kettle would be useful. Sink plug in bathroom was broken. Nobody got back to us regarding the images being incorrect.

Unfortunately the pictures did not make the property, picture was modern and clean, we got old and rundown. Dangerous carpet on the stairs. Dirt and fluff coming out from beneath the beds. Good things.. restaurants and shops nearby, walking distance to Rialto Bridge, water buses close by.

O ar condicionado está com algum tipo de programação que durante a estadia de 4 dias não consegui retirar, então durante a noite ele desligava e sentíamos calor. The property is in a good location close to city centre. Direction provided were straight forward so we got there with ease. There are shops Nd restaurants within 2min walk. However, it smelt of fish from the previous guests cooking and it was a little cold si we had to keep our jumpes on. The smell made us doubt its cleanliness. Also the floors are old and uneven and pause a trip hazard.

This place looks nothing like the photos! It's dirty and you can find mold inside the fridge and the bathroom curtains. We were highly disappointed.
