Originally, I chose this hotel because of location, 8 min walk to our meeting place for our Viator excursion to Mount Fuji. Service, breakfast, and cleanliness is awesome. There is a 7-11 store towards the back/basement of the hotel, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Nishi-Shinjuku train station and bus stop. We booked Airport Limousine bus ($22 per person) as transportation to Narita airport, and pick up location is at Hilton Hotel nearby, about 1 block away. I will stay at this hotel again next time we’re in Tokyo.

The hotel was great, friendly staff and great service. The rooms were clean and fresh, had a bathtub + shower. There were washing machines and vending machines available. They are offering free shower/bath utensils as well as hair products, coffee, tee. Perfect location next to Subways M and E. -would definitely go again with this hotel.

Great for a short city break.
I stayed here in mid-October for 3 nights. Very welcoming, polite, and friendly reception staff. The location is great, 3-5 minutes walk from metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast buffet at the hotel can be busy so probably visit the restaurant at the start of breakfast. Rooms are small, bathroom is well-equipped.
