a Good place to stay in KL

The hotel's location at Mid Valley Mega Mall/The Gardens Mall is convenient, offering a wide range of prices and cuisines at various cafes and restaurants, so there's something for everyone. Also the Malls are packed with all kinds of shops from high end to budget as well as money changers and pharmacies. Additionally, there are lots of transport options to and from the hotel, just keep in mind that it can get very congested around morning and afternoon rush hour, so plan your trips accordingly.

Hotel was connected to Mid Valley Mega Mall. Lots of fun shopping and yummy food close and convenient. Had to request a razor blade from the front desk as the toiletries provided were minimal. Bottled water not provided but you can get water and fill the jugs provided easily and as many times as you need. Still a nice comfortable place to stay.

The room allocated was very warm despite lower the aircon temperature. Aircon was probably central system. Even into late night, the room was very warm. Even corridor cooler. Maybe due to higher floor too. Check in check out was fast and easy.

The staff show unfriendly and black face from front desk to restaurant. 1st hotel I stayed that is this unfriendly. The aircond in the room is not cold even with 18'C setting. Good thing is Duty manager did help to change the room to a higher floor with no smell in the room.
