Great stay and wonderful staff

Arrived during a week long holiday period so things were generally very quiet. The staff were simply wonderful and the gymnasium facility very well equipped and maintained. Room was super quiet and very comfortable. We had great tour at short notice arranged through the hotel staff that we appreciated a lot.

Nice and big suites, friendly and helpful staff, close to highway and shoppingmalls (even walking distance), enough space in parking garage, good restaurant and very nice gym and rooftop pool. Stay there and you will not be disappointed.

Just perfect: super clean, spacious, friendly service, and inexpensive. Some roads around are unpaved right now due to ongoing constructions, but I am sure it will all be fixed soon. Hamra restaurant was a disappointment: electronic only menu, but wifi was imposible to connect (in the restaurant, wifi in the hotel was fast and reliable). Food was ok, although we were not sure what we ordered until it was served. (Also, a little bit overpriced perhaps.) I would stay there again, no questions asked.

It was a great little hotel in a central location. We really liked it and didn't realise it has a laundry in the room which was handy. Only feedback is the back door is really difficult to open and has a special knack to it. Also the bedside tables were really close to the pillow area on the bed with sharp glass corners, was a bit of a hazard in case of head bumps. Also had a fraudulent message from the hotel via Expedia's messaging system which I guess could happen to any hotel but would've been nice to hear a little more about it when we checked in. Apart from that we would stay here again for a reasonably priced hotel that makes a good base for sightseeing.

Spacious apartment with great service

Massive apartment with fully equipped kitchen and spacious sitting room with enormous bedroom and decent size bathroom. We even had a washing machine (which we used as we travel with carry on only). Bathroom was mouldy but every thing else was really clean. We did not have a car and stayed in the middle of summer so could not take full advantage of the facilities. We dined at the restaurant and cafe and the food, the prices and service were all excellent UT this is an ALCOHOL FREE hotel, so don’t expect a cooling beer. We had to get a taxi to the airport and did not have cash for a taxi and the concierge arranged a taxi and petty cash and was so incredibly helpful. Staff were outstanding!

Positives: Smooth check-in process with accommodating front desk staff, impeccably maintained rooms equipped with necessary amenities, tranquil atmosphere, ample parking facilities, well-equipped gym, convenient location with easy access to Mall of Oman (5 minutes away) and Oman Avenues Mall (10 minutes away), close proximity to hospitals such as NMC and Aster, excellent value for money. Negatives: Limited options for nearby dining, utensils showing signs of wear and tear, insufficient TV channels (assistance from the TV technician was not satisfactory), housekeeping staff could benefit from improved communication skills when interacting with guests. The swimming pool water had an excess of chlorine, which may be uncomfortable for some guests and kids sensitive to strong chemicals.
