Front desk needs to improve a lot. Arpan Khurana, front desk manager failed to train his staff. I was provided incorrect invoice on check out and also the assistant at the front desk did not sign the invoice and prepared it wrong (after payment by card, the balance did not show ZERO).Front desk staff is very casual and irresponsible. House maintenance staff is excellent. Food in the restaurant needs imrovement; it does not match the 5 star status of the hotel.

Great hotel for airport stay
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
We landed at night after a 14-hour nonstop flight from Newark, USA. Shower worked fine, good pressure and hot water.
Big breakfast spread with North Indian, South Indian and western foods. Plenty of veg varieties. Tea and coffee were excellent.
Service was friendly, polite and prompt.
