We loved our stay at Les Jardins de Mademoiselle! This was our second stay. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite. It was so great to see the Eiffel Tower twinkle every night. Such great service and friendliness from all the hotel personnel- from the people at the front desk, to the breakfast ladies and the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was great for the variety of French food- the baguettes, crepes, pain au chocolate, and the fresh squeezed orange juice and yogurt. My husband loved the huge Chocolate chip cookies for breakfast! We loved the authentic French experience that your hotel in the 15th arrondissement offered. We will definitely return to your wonderful hotel!

Really enjoyed staying at this small and friendly hotel which has a nice ambience, helpful and welcoming staff who assisted me with using public transport. Alexi, the lady on reception was wonderful and made me feel very valued as a guest. I loved the pool Spa and roof top terrace. We booked 2 adjoining rooms which was great for my nieces on level 4. We were disturbed by noise from locals and traffic twice during our 5 day stay so felt the soundproofing was not quite adequate for road facing rooms. Great supermarket, good choice of bars, restaurants, shops, metro station ( Commerce ) close by. Line 8 takes you to a retail paradise, a Park, Louvre museum, place de la Concord, Jardin Tuilleries, Champs Elysees. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for singles and couples and would love to return.

This hotel delivers what it promises, it is a chill and calm place to be around. Close to many touristic attractions but also offers a lot of true french restaurants and places to visit. This made my third trip to Les Jardins de Mademoiselle. I love Paris and love this hotel. Pools are uncommon in Paris so finding a location with one is unique. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area near restaurants and shopping. It’s close to metro lines or just walk. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and it was only about a 30-40 minute walk. The hotel staff is so nice and helpful.

Upon arrival, we found a handwritten welcome note and a box of macrons on our bed. This was a lovely surprise and a great personal touch. The room was cleaned twice a day and restocked with anything we used (e.g. milk). The property has a fantastic bar on the ground-level, and you can get some delicious 'happy hour' cocktails from 6-8PM for €10. You can have these delivered to anywhere on the property, but we chose the lovely sun terrace on the 4th floor. The hotel is well situated near the 'Commerce' metro station, about 5 mins walk away, so it makes travelling anywhere very convenient. There are some decent shops and restaurants nearby too, with the supermarket Franprix a couple of doors away from the hotel. The spa was a welcomed feature after trekking around Paris city centre all day. There's a pool (with jets in it) and steam room. It never got too busy - the most amount of people we found down there was 6 people! The steam room worked the first evening and was very warm, but didn't seem to get 'steamy' or warm again for any of the rest of our stay, which was a shame. The pool is a cold water pool, and it did feel very cold. Although you soon adjust to the temperature, we did think it could benefit from being a tad warmer - especially because it's in the basement and therefore has no light to naturally heat it. The waterfall feature in the pool also didn't work, which was a shame. Overall though, a brilliant stay. We would consider staying here again in future

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, even taking time to investigate the nearest Bubble Tea place for my daughter sand ringing them to see if they were open! A lovely touch. Room was very modern and well maintained, beds were very comfortable. The only minor problem was that there was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, not remarkable since the area was very small and the pastries were not super fresh. All in all this was a great hotel that I would recommend and return to.

10/10 Exceptional

A pleasant welcome and able to use the pool straight away which was a big draw for this hotel. We used the pool every day (apart from day of departure) which really added to our trip. The room was big enough, very clean and well equipped. The terrace area was a very nice area to relax in (but maybe a sign to remind guests to keep the volume down on personal devices!) and plan for the next days activities. Recommend the local Italian, Gioco, where we had a lovely pizza, and Eric Kayser bakery (around the corner) for patisserie! A very enjoyable stay and wa a great base for our first visit to Paris - we will be back I am sure!
