Lovely place but could do with some maintenance and a lick of paint and it would be amazing. It was very comfortable but windows in skylight didn’t close completely and the rain was terrible. Man on reception was lovely. Easy check-in and check out.

What you want when you need a hotel for an overnight stay is warmth a decent TV and good beds and shower. Service is sort of secondary, however this hotel hit the mark everywhere. Well sized rooms a really good large TV and free room WiFi. It also didn't break the bank, hats off to them .. I would go back there in a heartbeat

More run down motel than hotel!

The place was relatively clean but it resembled a run down American motel rather than a hotel. In desperate need of renovation. Room was supposed to be for 5 people but would say 4 at the most. Luckily had two skinny kids with us that shared the fold down but there wasn’t enough room for them and the bed didn’t even have bedding we had to ask for it. The other single bed half covered the bathroom door! Sheets were clean but stained and the whole place just looked uncared for. Never saw any staff other than when we first checked in so can’t really rate the customer service anymore than I have. Was a disappointing stay, thankfully it was just a base for a couple of days but even the kids didn’t like it!

The room was clean, but very basic. Needed some TLC. No bedside tables. Mirrors not attached. Tissue hanging out of an unused socket. Unsightly shelving/hanging area for clothes. No curtain or cover for the window to the door leading outside. The bed was comfortable. It was warm and peaceful.

Good hotel

Excellent staff and restaurant. Room was very clean and plenty of free tea coffee biscuits and bottles of water. Bed's were ok, but a bit softer than I like. Bathroom was adequate but a little tired, particularly the bath/ shower. Good location, and excellent value for money. Nearby Spar for provisions.
