Perfect family stay near airport

Very large balcony with table for dining, although not much view other than the surrounding roofs. Room was supplied with plates and silverware, which made it easy to eat in. Two blocks from a wonderful public beach. Great takeaway pizzeria one block away. Safe neighborhood.

Our flight arrived early, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the guest house. The property is cute, quiet, and located in a safe, homey town near the beach. The host even recommended a phenomenal local restaurant, which we loved! However, transportation can be inconvenient. While the guest house is near the airport, it’s far from central Rome. Taxis are expensive, our ride to Rome was €100, and even the short ride from the airport cost €90, likely because we didn’t secure a price in advance. If your goal is to explore Rome’s main attractions, I’d recommend staying closer to the city. But if you’re looking for a peaceful beachside stay near the airport, Guest House Brezza is a charming choice.

Great stay!

We stayed one night to catch an early flight out of FCO. Location was very convenient to the airport. The manager was very friendly and welcoming! She was also super helpful getting us a taxi booked early the next morning. The room was very nice and fit 4 people well with plenty of space. Highly recommend!

We were only here for one night but Maria was so gracious and easy to work with. The room was perfect for our family of 5 and we walked to a local restaurant for dinner. It was close To the airport and made our stay very convenient.

The property itself was nice. All of the rooms, as far as I could tell, had two queen beds, but they were really in separate rooms, so there's a lot more privacy than you would think of when you get a 'room with two queen beds'. Also, each room came with its own private patio, and the patios were not small. These would be a nice place to stay for a few days - if the city was worth staying in. We were here for an early flight out of Rome. After traveling in Italy for a few weeks, I was actually surprised about the condition of Fiumincino. This is not the responsibility of this property, but the streets were pretty dirty with trash. The property was close to the beach, but it was not a great beach. Yes, it was big but it's near the port and the water did not appear to be clean.

Maria is a wonderful host, from the moment we got out of the taxi she was there to greet my family and I. The place was very spacious and clean with a-lot of dining options nearby. Also very convenient if you have an early flight the next day! Wonderful experience and i recommend 100%
