Hotel con muy buen potencial
Nos hospedamos en este hotel para un viaje en pareja y consideramos que resolviendo dos detalles pronto será un muy buen hotel. Lo mejor fue, sin duda, la ubicación; al estar en el centro, fue muy fácil desplazarnos, está justo en un punto medio entre el ferry y la playa (a solo 4-5 calles). Se están llevando trabajos de construcción pero el interior está habitable y muy agradable. La recámara es muy amplia con una cama King, las instalaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, algo que siempre se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que afectaron nuestra estancia. Había trabajos de construcción en el hotel, y aunque estábamos preparados para algo de ruido, resultó ser mucho más intenso de lo que esperábamos. Esto hizo que fuera difícil relajarse durante ciertas horas del día, incluso pasado los horarios que comentaron estarían trabajando. Otro punto a mejorar fue el servicio de lavandería (que por lo que nos comentaron, es externo con su personal de limpieza) Al recoger nuestra ropa, notamos que faltaban algunas prendas, no lo reportamos ya que nos dimos cuenta una vez que habíamos salido. Estoy segura de que, una vez finalizados los trabajos y resolviendo detalles de servicio, el hotel será muy lindo y tendrá un gran encanto.

BEWARE - Under Construction Until March 31st
This hotel is under construction until March 31st, the note on renovations shared does not accurately represent the extent of the work that is ongoing. During our stay, the entire facade and reception was demolished and they were pulling up new walls, drilling and hammering. We barely found this hotel on the street as it was fully scaffolded up. They put us in the room right by the reception, construction noise ended at 6 pm and started again at 7 am the next day. We left after 1 night. This is the first hotel I've ever left and I traveled quite a bit. I'm sure the hotel will look lovely after the upgrades, but it should not be renting rooms for the period due to the disruption. It speaks volumes about the management. Otherwise, the rooms look as described, but there are no windows on them as mentioned somewhere in the booking. The front desk staff was very lovely and as helpful as they could be in the situation outside their control. You could get a better accommodation for your money.

Not Great
This hotel is strange. The rooms really don't have any windows and the lighting is very dim. Sound travels easily from outside to inside so bring earplugs. During our stay there was demolition to the front of the building. It would have been nice to have known this ahead of the stay. The price is comparable to most other hotels in the area and should at least be greatly reduced during the renovation.

Hotel facile raggiungere camera ampia terrazza grande ma tenuta in cattivo stato di conservazione in 3 giorni mai stata pulita quindi sabbia portata dal vento pavimento in camera 3 maniere bagno in terra solo cemento soffione acqua doccia incrostato di calcare che buttava pochissimo il 2 giorno nemmeno hanno lasciato shampoo e sapone da bagno controllate i soldi a noi il primo giorno mia moglie dice esser sicura di aver lasciato nella borsa una cifra al ritorno non c'era importo mancava poco però abbiamo fatto la prova il 2 giorno abbiamo fatto una foto alle monete nella borsa ne avevamo messe diverse così per evadere dubbi al ritorno confrontiamo la foto con importo e mancava 20 pesos non sono niente però il fatto di andare ad aprire una borsa e vedere non è sicurezza quindi attenzione abbiamo detto il fatto mostrato la foto delle monete lasciate e al ritorno la proprietaria non ci ha nemmeno presi in considerazione

Friendly and accommodating staff. They gave us extra towels and changed our towels when we asked them. We stayed in a big room with a terrace which was very nice. The lights on the terrace didn't work but we never asked them to fix it. They could do with some better storage (or more hangers in the wardrobe). The water pressure was quite low in the shower and in general a bit difficult to get hot water. For me personally that's not an issue since it was quite hot weather when we were there.

Intet virker og der var mug på væggene
Værelset var så fugtigt at der var kommet mug på væggene. Bruseren virkede aldrig rigtigt og det gjorde det meste af lyset på værelset heller ikke. Dårligt wifi og der var konstant strøm og vand afbrud og sand overalt. Vi skulle flere gange spørger om håndklæder fordi de ikke gav os nye da de skiftede dem. Det eneste gode jeg har at sige er at personalet var rigtig flinke og senge var super god, men på ingen måde pengene værd desværre.

Había cucarachas, el último día no habia luz y por tanto no servía la bomba de agua, no había agua en los cuartos, no podríamos bañarnos ni ir al baño. Los cuartos no tienen ventanas por tanto no hay iluminación natural, el día que no había luz no veíamos nada en el cuarto y no podíamos hacer maletas. Un día ni toallas noa dieron... la verdad pésimo.

Inget hotell vi rekommenderar!!
Hotellrummen luktade mögel. Vi bytte rum till ett rum med mindre mögellukt! Det fanns inga fönster på rummen, mycket mörkt! Många stunder fanns det inget vatten i kranarna och det gick inte att spola på toaletten eller duscha. Vid ett tillfälle gick även strömmen. Dålig service, fick be om handdukar och toalettpapper efter dom hade städat! Duschen var mycket dålig. Sängarna var okey men något hårda. Bra med kylskåp på rummet. Bra läge till torget, restauranger och färjeläget. Receptionen var ofta obemannad.

This property was pretty to look at however not as functional as we would have preferred. The hot water didn’t work for 2 of 3 nights. The cleaners did not leave coffee pods one morning nor was there any water for the coffee maker. We had to wait until 5pm for towels when the ones we had previously would have been fine. The room was poorly designed with the light hanging low in front of the closet door. This made the closet difficult to use and the light a head hitting hazard, I’m only 5’3”. The bathroom sink sprayed all over the counter regardless of the pressure. The staff tried hard to accommodate and compensate however it was near impossible. I suppose “remoteness” accounts for much of the challenges. Perhaps the website just over sells a bit. We enjoyed our stay and 3 nights was perfect.

No windows in the room! No windows! Therefore it's 100 moist all the time. Even our non swim cloth got wet during 3 days stay. Mattress is soft and uncomfortable and soundproof is very weak, so I couldn't get normal sleep at all.
