Property was beautiful. Food quality not great. Cheese doodles and pop corn on breakfast buffet! Majority of staff did not speak English andcould not assist with problems. We had pry with TV, no biker For almost 2 days, problem with room safe, and even though I had indicated on check in form that my husband had peanut allergies they still had multiple products with nuts in room.

Terrific property for all kinds of vacations. Many upscale restaurants. Buffet restaurants were very noisy as it was geared for families. Noise on the beach from the dozens of boats trying to advertise their services really had a negative effect with excessively obnoxious noise,and a detriment to the overall beach experience. Actual beach was very well maintained as was the overall property. Service personnel were very good. Food was better than most all inclusives.

Overall amazing stay!

Overall everything was excellent with the Unique package and the Unique amenities. The non Unique areas were not kept up properly with trash all around the pool area. Make sure you bring cash, because their ATM machines do not work. The rooms were excellent and spacious. There is lots to do in the resort as well. The staff were wonderful and very kind. If you are a foodie make sure to get the Unique package as the quality of food is much better.

The property was gorgeous! Most of the staff made sure to keep an eye out for those guests that were not unique (VIP) trying to use unique only services such as the pool, bars and restaurant which was nice. I paid extra for those perks for a reason. There were several staff members that were so attentive every single day no matter where they saw you, they made sure that you were taken care of! We had an ocean view room which was absolutely beautiful. The air conditioning worked perfectly compared to prior resorts that I have stayed at. The only issue I really had was the hot water

Large property with plenty of activities from the youngest to the oldest tourist The benefits of the Unique club were very good like access to the adult only pool, unique lounge and beach bar Drinks and food were excellent

My first time in All inclusive resort. I can’t say enough about this place it was beautiful, staff was amazing Oliver our butler was very accommodating on everything we asked for. Check up on us via WhatsApp or in some instances came to were we where to just ask how things were going!

They need better drainage, it rained and there was an inch to two inches of water in the paths. It drained into the dinning areas.

This resort is full of contradictions. Dinners are amazing, breakfast and lunch are bland. Resort is stunning, beach is horrible. Service Staff is borderline rude, butlers are great. We are happy that we tried it, but will not come back
