I am married and my BD was August 4th which was the purpose of staying at Lopesan Punta Cana. When we arrived they told us that the reservation was due one person myself Not including my wife. It took us a long time to check in and we were were not happy. First time this happened with Expedia and I am reporting it .. we had to pay the difference so that my wife can be admitted with me in our room

The room was always dirty insects, no towels etc. fridge didn’t work. Ask for service in variety of time without answer. Food reservation not available in various site for my all stay. Not recommend

My family and I were seeking a 4-star or higher all-inclusive resort for our vacation. Having visited Cancun several times, we expected a comparable level of customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Lopesan in the Dominican Republic fell significantly short of these expectations.
While the resort boasts beautiful infrastructure and impressive facilities, the level of service was deeply disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and unwelcoming throughout our stay. My mother, originally from Colombia and a resident of the United States for over 25 years, was particularly disheartened by the lack of warmth and professionalism.
It was evident that the hotel is understaffed and that employees lack proper training on how to treat guests at a property that claims to be a 4.9-star all-inclusive resort. This was our first visit to the Dominican Republic, and it is regrettable that this experience left us with such a negative impression. Sadly, we do not wish to return.
