Service and accountability could be better
Service could have been better . Visiting from out of state and when you walk in , no one is there to greet you. When I was on ally helped, I let them know I had 2 dogs . So the fee along with the deposit fee would be charged on the account . The receptionist ran my card and I can see the dog fee . Then continued to run it over and over for the deposit . I let her know I was traveling and to please not run it so many times or my bank would flag it being I was on another state . I called my bank and it turned out it was their terminal that was not working . They refused to take responsibility of it and insisted it was my card . I gave her 2 bank cards and 2 capital ones . All with money . She then said , “ unless you have cash” how am I to give cash on a deposit that is to be held on a card and refunded after check out?!
The hotel also needs more ventilation. The hallways stick with all different meals since they do come with a kitchen on each room.
