10/10 Exceptional

Clean and quiet
Errol, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was good stay. Hotel could use some remodeling. The couple who ran it was nice. Beds were comfy.
Barbara, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

This property had bed bugs and we did not stay.
Brenda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Pretty isolated but there is a restaurant next door
Sade, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I liked that it was convenient to the highway. It was clean and quiet. If I am ever back in this area, I would more than likely stay here again.
Betty, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Breakfast could be better
Jeremy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good value for people on a budget

8/10 Very good

Clean quite and comfortable
Deano, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Basically mediocre but the beds were comfortable and the shower had lots of water pressure so no complaints here.
Diana, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed that it was nextdoor to 1481 Grille in Arlington, where we were able to walk over to eat! We had a comfortable weekend stay. It was not too far from DeSmet, which was our destination for Laura Ingalls Wilder historical sites.
Karen, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Enjoyed the view from the window. Peaceful and serene
Carol, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The check in was easy and quick! The room was clean and appears they are doing some remodeling. The bar grill next door was a good place to eat.

6/10 Good

Staff was pleasant but the property is in serious need of investment and care. This property is overpriced for the state of the amenities. Our room had one of the worst paint jobs I've seen, a sink that barely drained, lights that didn't work, and carpet in serious need of replacement. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and clean.
Michael, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly front desk personnel. Clean room and bathroom. Appreciate breakfast starting at 5:30 am. Quiet atmosphere.
Heidi, 1-night trip

It worked. Clean. Nothing fancy. You get what you pay for.
2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Helpful at check in.

I was caught in the road closures by Sioux City Iowa during the recent flooding and came in late at 1 am. The person checking me in was friendly and kind even though it was the middle of the night and I am sure they don't have many customers at that hour.
Jean, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff was great and very friendly. The property is extremely dated, has 70s carpet and likely the same bed spread. The property is dirty, I told my wife not to even drink the coffee out of the breakfast area because of the condition. The entry into the building was extremely unpleasant. We will likely not ever stay there again.
Steve, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The property needs updating. The smell of Indian food was super strong when we arrived, the breakfast was a loaf of bread, a half full jar of peanut butter, frozen pancakes made from a mix and put in a Rubbermaid! The sink and tub was super dingy, the chair in bedroom was old and crusty, need I go on?
Samantha, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Small town motel OK but should be better.

Basically too expensive given quality of the room. The bed was good, and so was the shower. But most other things in the room were aging and/or poorly repaired. Free breakfast should really only be called a snack. But there is no other motel in this small town.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

The property was ok, but he carpet in our room desperately needed a shampooing, there was no hair dryer or coffee machine in the room. The room was quite musty but I always travel with febreeze. The continental breakfast was 2 kinds of cereal, bread, coffee and juice, we skipped it. The Inn needs some upkeep. Bed was good, bedding clean, pillows comfortable. We stayed there to go to the next door restaurant which was in walking distance and made it worth while.
Patty, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I couldn't get tv service as the dish was down. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Parking lot half closed off. Roofing work started at 730am. Should have closed until it was done or offered a discount. Was so tired after leaving there I was falling asleep while driving. Had to stop for the night way earlier than I'd have liked to.

Don’t waste your time or money

There was no front desk staff when I went to check in. There was a phone number to call and someone on the other end told me to take a room key of my choice from a basket at the end of the counter. Seriously? Three hours later the front desk staff asked me to come to the desk to register. I was very uncomfortable as the door did not have an extra lock, only the actual door lock. The room was freezing as the heat had not been turned on yet. When I went to check out, there was also no staff at the desk. Wanted a receipt and was unable to get one. The breakfast was a joke. A loaf of bread that anyone could put their hands in, a gallon of milk the was also a community gallon and a gallon of orange juice. One community jar of peanut butter and NOTHING else. I would NEVER Stay there again.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

This is just a place to sleep. The lobby smells bad and the breakfast is Sunny D and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I'm not kidding. PB&J for breakfast. The ice machine doesn't work and there's no elevator. But it was quiet and the bed was good.
Robert, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice & clean, quiet.
Orrin, 1-night trip

Run down. Old warn sheets and bedspread. Very loud A/C. No cups in room for water. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Only cereal and toast for breakfast.
